Refund policy

Here at AllStarToys.com we offer all of our items brand new unless otherwise specified. We stand behind our products and it is why we proudly represent many of your favorite brands. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not provide free return label due to "order placed by mistake" or "do not want it".

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@allstartoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer is solely responsible for return shipping charges for "no longer wanted" reasons. Seller carries the cost of return shipping in case of factory defect or shipping damages.

No return accepted on LEGO building sets, all sales of LEGO products are final. Contact LEGO customer service for missing piece or defects.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on used items, please keep the product in its original box. Used/scratched/mudded items are not returnable. We also do not accept returns custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are also not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items and LEGO prodcuts.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy Guidelines

 

  1. RMA is required for all returns:  Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to sending anything back.  Returns sent without an RA# will either be returned to you or charged a 15% restock fee. You may send your return request to return@allstartoys.com. Please include your order number and let us know the item(s) that you want to return.
  2. Damaged/Defective Items: We must be notified within 5 days of receipt of any damaged or defective items.  If we are not notified promptly, we will not be able to replace the item at no charge.  All damaged or defective items will be replaced with the identical item.
  3. 30-Day Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt.  To do so, please contact us for an RA#.  Note that in this case you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  All items must be returned in the original, unopened condition in which they were received. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  4. Refused/Undeliverable Orders: A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all refused or returned orders, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  5. Refunds and Free Shipping Promotions: If an order is returned that was initially sent with free shipping, then actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
